🚺 FEMALE CHANGEMAKERS SUPPER CLUB

I was honoured to be invited to join this incredible panel of ladies at the ECOMM GIRLS CLUB x CHOMP x LUÜNA Female Changemakers Supper Club. Our panel was all about career pivots and mine focused on how having my daughter changed my career direction and lead to the creation of BUMP&CO. Was great to chat to moderator Carla from CHOMP and such a privilege to be alongside Olivia from Luüna and Andrea from Tatler and to make a new best friend in Emma Wallace! Major fangirling from me all night!

🦴💆🏼‍♀️CHIROPRACTIC CARE FOR PRENATAL MUMS

For those of you who don't know, I'm 7 months pregnant with my second and the pregnancy (but mainly the toddler) is starting to take its toll on my back and hips. I hadn't tried chiropractic treatments before and I'd heard great things about Dr Charmaine at UP!Health, so I thought I'd give it a go.

In particular, I wanted to address a shooting pain in my left hip/back and aches and pains in my groin. Dr Charmaine started with taking photos for a full posture report and then we moved on to assessing my pelvic alignment and baby's position followed by the initiation of some pregnancy safe adjustments. I loved lying on my front in their pregnancy pillow!

After just a few treatments, I've not since had the shooting pain in my left side and in general feel more comfortable in my pelvis. Would highly recommend booking an appointment with a pregnancy-safe chiropractor such as Dr Charmaine!

How can chiropractic care benefit you both during pregnancy and after childbirth?

1.⁠ ⁠Birth preparation and optimise baby’s position – better spinal and pelvic alignment is associated with better birth outcome, and optimising your pelvic function and creating more space can help with baby’s position such as breech or posterior postion.

2.⁠ ⁠Lower back pain, pelvis pain, pubic pain during or after pregnancy
