If you’ve dipped into the Bump in the City Bumps & Babies Group Chat lately, you already know - it’s busy.

2026 BIRTH BREATHING WITH CALM HONG KONG 🌬️
Are you due in March, April or May? Sign up for the Calm Hong Kong - Essential Birth Breathing course! In this 2-hour class, you’ll learn three powerful breathing techniques designed to support you through each stage of labour - and ideally, become tools you carry with you well beyond birth.
While we all breathe naturally without thinking, the breath needed during labour is more intentional, helping you connect with your body and your baby. Much like training for a marathon, mastering these breathing techniques takes practice and purpose.

The Big Birth Debrief, brought to you by Calm Hong Kong and BUMP&CO, is a gentle, supportive space designed for mothers. We’ll gather in a small group to pause, reflect and honour your experience. With space for just 20 participants, this intimate gathering offers both personal reflection and the support of a community that understands. During this 2-hour session, you’ll have the opportunity to:
• Understand the impact of birth: Explore how your experience shapes your body, mind, and emotions
• Be truly heard: Guided exercises help you tell your story in a safe, compassionate environment.
