    Newsletter Feature Terms


    You will submit your advert for inclusion in the relevant edition of Bump in the City.


    All submissions must be received by 12:00pm on the Monday prior to the newsletter release date (newsletter releases every other Wednesday). Late submissions may be moved to a later edition where space allows.

     

    Submitting an application does not guarantee inclusion. Each newsletter contains limited advertising spaces and all content is subject to review and approval by BUMP&CO.

     

    Got an urgent event? Please contact us directly to check availability for the next newsletter and to discuss best options. 

     

    Images and content supplied must:

    • be high quality and appropriately sized
    • be suitable for a family-friendly audience
    • not infringe any copyright or third-party rights

     

    By submitting images or content, you confirm that you have permission to use and share them publicly.

     

    BUMP&CO reserves the right to edit, decline or remove content at its discretion.

    All advertising purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been received.

     

    BUMP&CO reserves the right to review, approve, reject, edit or remove any advertisement or submission that does not align with our brand values or audience.

     

    Approved content may also be shared across BUMP&CO channels including newsletters, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed.

     

    BUMP&CO is not responsible for advertisement performance, engagement levels, booking outcomes, technical issues, or third-party claims arising from submitted content.

     

    These Terms constitute the full agreement between BUMP&CO and the advertiser and are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
