Take a gentle pause with your little one and join us for a beautifully calming Baby & Me Sound Bath - a space to slow down, reset, and reconnect.
Led by Jess from Copstone Nurture Co., these sessions use soft, layered gong sounds to create a soothing soundscape that supports relaxation for both babies and their carers. Think of it as a warm, restorative “sonic hug” — no effort required, just come as you are.
What is a Sound Bath?
Gong baths are gentle, restorative sound sessions where rich, layered tones wash over you. The deep, grounding frequencies and soft overtones help the body and mind slow down, release tension, and rebalance.
