Start your Sunday morning by the sea with your partner.
Ocean Bumps is a gentle, nourishing antenatal experience created especially for expecting couples — a chance to move, slow down and connect together before baby arrives.
We’ll begin on the sand with a 15–20 minute prenatal mobility flow led by Blxxm, before stepping into the ocean for a 30-minute aquanatal session with Ishka from Mummas Who Move - gentle, supportive movement designed especially for your changing body.
There’s something particularly special about moving in water during pregnancy. The buoyancy helps support your body and ease pressure on your joints, while the natural resistance allows you to build strength without strain. Movement in the water can also support circulation and help ease swelling, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer and refreshed.
