About the event
Bring your baby, bring your partner, bring your questions.
Baby massage is a gentle, relaxed way to slow down, bond with baby, and learn to read their cues. Massage has been shown to help calm and settle your baby, strengthen baby-parent bonds, relieve wind and constipation and support sleep.
The Baby Gang will walk you through a gentle, repeatable wind-down routine for your baby, built around touch, rhythm and a calmer end to the day. You’ll leave with something you can try at home that night, and your partner can learn it right alongside you.
The session will be run by Claire, a baby massage instructor, matrescence coach and post natal doula. Some of you may have met Claire on the BUMP&CO. programme and so will know how passionate she is on the topic of matrescence. Whilst baby massage is in full flow, Claire will also share insights on…
